i have american star tie rods with heim joints.  thats the only place you will find heim joints on my atv.........

they are stainless steel and they build them any length you need. im sure a phone call could get you some stock threaded and plus 2inch or whatefer to match your ball joints.

however like i was saying heim joints on the tie rod is an upgrade but i wouldnt use them any where else unless i had to. just my two cents

You can try Metal Tech in Glendale, AZ.  (623) 218-8368

I know they make a extended tie rod set up for the 500's for their 2+2 A-Arms that use the stock Ball Joints.

May be able to adapt or make you something.
