92 250 Shock linkage question
« on: November 04, 2014, 11:20:43 am »
I have the lt disassembled for the winter and am going through and replacing the bearings. As far as removing the shock linkage from the swingarm, what size Allen is needed for removing the linkage from the swingarm? It's pretty big and I really don't want to buy random sizes just to see if they fit. Any input would be appreciated

Should be a 14mm if I remember rite, try to slide a 14mm bolt head in it, if you have a welder lock a nut on one end and use that.

Thank you ice racer! Looks like I will have to buy a set of the Allen wrenches that are bigger than 10mm anyway. Always nice to have in the toolbox.
