Suzuki - 1990 LT80 Rebuild Craigslist find! - Hello! Thanks to all of those who post here and on other forums regarding these mini quads! LT80 has been a HUGE HELP to me and I have never even spoke...

I have no info for him but you can PM him there. Also they said what tie rods they used.
Clutchs:If you are noticing a more sluggish take off/etc, or not, preventive maintenance is the key.
Take both off.
Front: you're looking for flat spots on the rollers. Any lil flat spot= replace. Look for gouging in the roller tracts. Especially if you find a lot of hard packed grease. FYI: only a dab of grease to help hold the roller in is needed for installation.
Rear: looking for the pad wear. They seem to last a long time. Use lil circular motions w/60 or so grit to remove the glaze. Check the sheaves (pull them together). Should squeeze smoothly. Check the rear clutch bearings. I've replaced a lot of them.
:)
