I just got an email from the AMA.

By that definition cigarette smokers are poisoning the air we breathe....  I don't smoke but I don't care if others do...

is that the correct link? the link for the page you posted is on the official AMA website not capwiz. this capwiz site is not run by AMA so if you put your personal info on that site where is it actually sent ? not implying any foul play just that i check out the offical AMA site once in awhile so why not provide the link from their site. also their are a few more issues besides the one you posted that should concern anyone who is in to power sports. such as more ethanol in pump gas and minimum amounts of fuel purchase!
