I honestly think SQHQ has a lot more potential than QRHQ, a bit of teething problems initially, but those can be fixed.
QRHQ might have more information, but it's loaded down with merged topics and lots of that info is buried in unrelated threads.
Makes it difficult to find the stuff you're looking for.
With the archived website, I'm considering lots of editing/pruning to streamline the information and posting it here.
The idea is to make everything readily accessed and found without having to wade through useful but off-topic information (which will be merged with a similar topic or in its own dedicated thread).
Going to take months of work at a minimum, it's a big undertaking.

yea, general moderation was terrible over there.  None of the mods, other than the globals, really did anything so posts would go wildly off-topic.   And when you did people just got pissed.  One time I suggested to someone that they needed to stay on topic and he got so pissed that he was spamming my pm box demanding explanations.  I told him to stop spamming and he starts sending the definition of email spam...  After that i didnt even bother anymore.
