The DCS-4 Pipe is a custom handmade cone pipe and silencer combination  made from solid .055"wall metal, internal welds are hand worked for a smooth finish, Solid mounting brackets, DCS-4  pipes are pressure tested before sales for any pinholes, the DCS-4 is a quality hand cone pipe made to fit correctly on  your LT500 and produce Great Performance.
The DCS-4 is power band was created for the duner, trail rider wanting low end of a 4 stroke, arm pulling midrange and  a needed increase in top end, depending on your porting we seen RPM increases to 8000 RPM

You like torque? We have it! (See Our Dyno Sheet) 56 ft lbs with a Large Reed 87 Engine!  

DCS-4 Silencers is not riveted like the cheap throw together silencers out there, we use stainless steel bolts throughout our silencer assembly for ease of rebuilding and repacking our silencer. DCS-4 Silencers comes with Beautiful removable "Billet End Caps" that can either run with our "Spark Arrester Screen"* or not depending on your riding areas and can easily be removed. DCS-4 Silencer brackets are to use OEM LT500 rubber bushings with steel sleeves for better ease of mounting and gives anti vibration which can provide less wear and tear to your silencer in increase longevity.
