DFA is done. Owners are bankrupt. What happened was that they had like 2000 acres, and they opened them up to paying public. Original Polk County permits were only granted for the front 80 acres. The church down the toad ffiled noise complaints and it was downhill from there. Geno, who was the guy running the track, is now managing FTT, and I was taking care of a plumbing issue at one of his friends house, told me that ALL of FTTs paperwork is approved, and they are solid. No shut downs at this place will occur.
I'm sure that there will be AMA events as well. The big track will be about the same as the track at Dirty Foot, and the trail system will most likely be set up for an occasional Hare Scramble/XC race.
