It was a really good race and I am glad everyone had a chance to go race.  Both bikes looked very fast with Dale shooting out front really quick.

RK was playing by the rules and he did detune his bike.

Did you help build the engine? What was done?

Yeah, I'm not sure exactly how you de-tune a 2-stroke other than giving it some fat jets.
If I had a roid engine and dropped some fat jets in the carb, I bet it would still make more power than a dune port 500.
Can anyone clarify how the de-tuning was done?

The best way to de-tune a bike is throw my 240lb. ass on it.

He supposedly took the nitrous and air shifter off it.. Or so he said in the video.

I don't know how much riding they did or when everyone came home, but I would be home sleeping and pretty tired after a hard weekend of dune riding. I am sure we will hear from the guys when they catch some zzz's

Sorry, but that footage is garbage.   Anyone else get some decent footage?  I really couldn't make out who was who but judging by the reactions i reckon Dale won. lol.  Nice running Dale, how was the rest of the trip?

Wait, all this buildup and only one race? Looks like I did'nt miss a whole much then, My quad couldnt  compete with these guys for sure, but I figured there would be at 5 or 6 pass's ? Oh well long as all had fun, And  I hope Dale and RK got to sit back and have a beer together at least.

Q an Dale only went head to head one time?!? I couldn't figure out who was what, but I could see a clear winner. I bet the phone at HPR is getting a work out...

Maybe if the guy with the camera could keep up we would be able to tell who was who at the finish line...

There has to be another film. Q wouldn't trust VegasG with the footage if he would have won. Like Bush blowing up the pentagon, where are the other cameras?
