I run a FMF pipe on my 88 trail zilla.  If you go on FMF's website it gives you jetting specs which is basically stock jetting.  Depending on temperature and type of fuel, they are pretty close.  I run the stock jetting on my 88 in the trails but if I would go to the dunes, I would richen up the main a little.  Probably better running the 88 and up carb if you have the choice

Like supernutt said, you're not gonna need much of a change for the FMF.  maybe a up a size on both the pilot and main.  def go with the 88+ carb - 43 b10 or 20.
