Please understand that the DCS-4 Raw Pipe for sale is a Modified DCS-3 made into the DCS-4, and works the same as a $4 and that is why the Special pricing is low for SQ-HQ members at this time, I just like to be up front on any items I sell!

Standard Pricing for 2013 looks like Raw Pipes will sell for $550.00 shipped in the 48 states, please contact me for out of state sales shipping cost.

I am working with new platers and will have costing posted if you want Double Nickled or Triple Chromed (Pipe, Flange and Silencer End Pipe), Also the Silencer and End Cap can be polished but will have attentional cost, those prices will also be listed.

So is that polished silencer plated or raw? And how much are you asking for the remaining raw exhaust? If the polished look isn't from raw how much is the plating and about what would I be looking at for shipping to Cincinnati?

The raw Pipe is Un-polished, Cost to polish is $40, here is the link to the SQ-HQ store for the Modified DCS-4 http://www.suzukiquadracerhq.com/index.php?action=store;cat=21
I just placed an order for 5 more raw pipes that will be ready Feb 20th.

So Mitch you're like a metal fabricator? In that store there's a 250 case saver sprocket cover that's sweet looking how hard would I have to twist your arm to make me a custom one similar to that 250 one for a 500?

Someone also PMd me if I can have a Spark Arrester Silencer made to fit a Q pipe, answer is yes I can, but I  would need the Q pipe to make a jig for the silencer, Once done I will not need the Q pipe anymore.  I will have the cost in a few days.

im definitely a fan of the raw finish on the head pipe, reminds me of a scorpion tail

mitch, have you considered experimenting with a center mount pipe or something with a straight shot out of the head pipe. i think i might have already asked you but i cant remember if i did.

i talked to Mr.Hall yesterday and he said they are going to start messing around with a sparky for his pipe. i think a removable one, use it when you need to. which will be nice for us guys that ride in MI

Got A PM on my Dyno sheet from 11-20-12 asking what with the spikes (See Graph Listed), We had some wheel hop at the "start-up" of the dyno run, I kept the run anyways just for comparing the graphs,  I then re-dynoed on 11-29-12 with no spikes (See Graph Listed), seems we had to run higher air pressure in the tires this time to stop the hop and as you can see no spikes, Hope this answers any questions.

Also next dyno run we will video to show how they set up a quad and whats going on while being dynoed.

FYI I am looking for a set of slicks for some 10" rims for future testing.

Well, Version 5 in the works, should be ready for testing in 2 weeks, having some help with consulting this time with some old school engine and pipe builders, wanting to keep the torque , and increase the HP in 6000 to 7000 RPM range, DCS-5 in mid March!
