OK, finally going ahead and starting the DCS-5, some small changes, doing the changes now to improve the curve some more, soon, I am having the pipe pieces lazer jetted for a perfect fit, working on better leak proff flanges, and modifying the silencer and end caps to be quieter.  I should be able to post pics next month on the quad with more Dyno Graphs , I am only making 10 pipes on this run, once they are gone they are gone. I know i have at least 5 pipes already spoken for.

Looks like we might be jumping to DCS-6, went and changed up the design some more to be between Q-V2 and HPR-19 and decided to build another pipe from scratch, fitting should be done this month, redesigning the exhaust flange oil leak, and silencer- quieter, pipes will be Laser Cut and hand rolled  for great fit, I am only making 10 pipes, with 8 available, pricing will be posted soon, pipes will be sold raw, plating if wanted will be at extra cost, silencers will be polished, using OEM bushings (included), DCS-6 will mount using the two OEM anti-vib brackets (not Included)

This is it, these are gone they are gone, I have just too many projects in the works (K5 Blazer)

So you will be selling ten dcs-6's,  how many prototype dcs-5's did you make before switching to the 6's? I'm sniffing a "rare" pipe somewhere! Anybody smell that? How much for the prototype pipes?
