Well finally got around to getting this 500 setup and running good.Runs smooth now that I have the crank timed properly and not 60 degrees off(somehow managed to install the gear 1 notch off on the crank).Really need to lay off the booze when putting this thing together...Got a good used set of V2,s installed and tossed the 39mm Pwk and went back to a 44mm lectron/billet intake.Changed up to a different needle and seat and richer metering rod as well as a small mod and it seems to run very well now.Also as I said earlier have the V1 Q pipe on that kyle hooked me up with.Gonna do some speed runs tomorrow to get the powerjet spot on and see how it pulls.Things are finally starting to come together on this project.Been sitting far too long and glad to be getting it finished.
