Well Fuss and I (thanks to Fuss) have discovered what we believe to be the best thing we've found so far.

Maxima MTL (Manual Transmission Lube) made specifically for wet clutches.  It's clear like corn syrup so you can see what's coming out the tranny with each change and it comes in 3 weights.

MTL-E (Extra Heavy) -85Wt
MTL-R (Regular) -80Wt
MTL-XL (Xtra Light) -75Wt

We've ran both 75Wt & 80 Wt and like the running the MTL-R 80Wt as a good compromise on stickiness VS. gear protection.

Transmission shifts like butter with this stuff and it can be bought by the case of 12 on Amazon for around $100 or $8 each.
