Ohhh yeah man, lol.  This isn't my first rodeo.  I have some pics of my previous projects I may post sometime.  A little elbow grease makes a night and day difference.  Not to worried about the 250x at this point, I want the LT tippy top for this year.  So many other honda parts swap right on the 250x.  Parts can be had plentiful and cheap!  It bogs a little more than I like.  All my other honda 4 strokes started fine with no issues. This one, will start and you just gotta keep your thumb barely touching the thumb throttle and its fine.  I could adjust the idle by a quarter turn and not have to do it anymore.  Gonna fix the bog issue, bleed the brakes, and start sourcing out a few small parts for it just to make sure it's reliable for the trails.  Oil looked good and super clean.
