The Johnny Cash quadracer
« on: June 02, 2013, 08:35:12 am »
I picked up this 85,86,87,88,89,90 250 lastnight.  It's got a 85/86 swingarm on it, and who knows what years everything else came from.  It's got no airbox with a Uni clamp on filter and a carb that leaks live a sieve.  All that said the motor has very good compression, ran good and the tires have some life left.  I plan on pulling the motor out and putting in my 91.  The 91 has a leak where the case halves meet and it's about time for a topend.

Let the good times roll.....
