UPDATE TIME:
Got all the wheel bearings ordered today as well as the hydraulic clutch assembly. Gunna finish modding up the last a-arm today too and test fit it. A buddy from another forum is making me up some Delrin a-arm bushings so the lower arms will FINALLY be able to be installed completely.
Decided NOT to strip it to bare frame. Just getting it all back together so Chevyvetterzr10 and I can go hit up some local MX tracks with 250 and 500. Looking forward to riding with him!
All Anerican is hooking me up with the Works A-T Stealers dual rate front shocks and the blue rear spring that he's got for sale in his ad. The front shocks are a full inch longer than what I've got now and the rear spring seems to be about an inch shorter than stock. I know that some people are gunna be like 'why da fook do you want to sacrifice rear travel' blah blah blah. But I don't like how high the bike sits in the rear. As y'all should know I'm a trike guy and prefer to sit lower. It just feels more stable.
Buckeye is hooking me up with some zilla TIE RODS WITH BALLJOINTS on them. If they turn out bent or something I've got the other tie rods that Chevy dropped off to swap over too. Eventually I will go with some American Racing or American star (whatever it's called) tie rods with heim joints at the ends.
As it is I'm just trying to get it all back together and rideable lol. I gotta fix up the top exhaust stud threads in my cylinder cause they are stripped. I'm tempted to run a bolt up through the pipe into the cylinder and then put a nut on the backside of the bolt so it's got what's left of the threads AND a nut to hold it in place.
Also, I think my pipe
**** again so that may need to be repaired (again) and I'll need to make me an isolated/hanger bracket thing to keep that from happening again.
I think that's about it.... Not sure....
Will update as things progress.
