Durablue axle nut torque

Hey guys i'm just curious if theres a torque spec on the locking nut on my durablue axle? Or just how i would install it properly? Its the type that is split and has 2 allen key screws on it to lock it in place

What is the gauge of the bolts? and what material is the part with the threads?
