I'm not running ss lines. It's not that they feel spongy but just lack stopping power and the right tire brakes better than the other side.

The braided lines definitely make a big difference for stopping.Night and day imo.Also may want to make sure your caliper pistons aren't tight as well as the pins the caliper slides on as a lot of times the pins can rust up if the rubber boots get torn.
Can,t fix stupid.:)
