Air box question
« on: June 05, 2015, 09:56:32 am »
On my lt which is now in a 90 frame i was trying to use my air box from the 86 frame. The box boot doesent seem to seal onto the carb because the carb is just a little farther forward. Anyone got a solution for this? I want to run an air box but i want it to seal right.

Btw i got to start the bike for the first time last night. And she is running amazingly, i am hoping to be able to take it on a short ride tonight.

ah ok, I do have a "s: looking tube that I was told was from the year that I need. I have not tried to actually use that. I will try that and if that does not work then I may just make my own from aluminum.

Thanks
