Engine/ Gearbox vent? What is this

• Engine/ Gearbox vent? What is this

• Just got the bike and want to make sure nothing is major wrong. After riding I get oil leaking out of this tube. Is this just a gearbox vent or is something going on?

• yes thats the gear box vent.  no oil should come out of there.  either theres to much oil in the gear box or a crank seal is leaking or theres a case crack allowing pressure to get into the gear box.

• I would get some moisture looking drainage out of that tube during monsoon season. Weird
