I did not read everything but if you have a running engine w a carb that probly needs a 10 minute clean and float adjust. You can only blame yourself for being hard on stuff and replaceing things that don't need attention. You could really use some friendly maintenance and tune-up advice w is best given by the Haynes manual. $25
