Powervalve adjustment

Can someone give me some input on the powervalve adjustment that has actually done the adjusting and ridden or dynoed to see results, I will be running mostly trails and woods with hillclimbs and some open straights. I can post engine work if needed.

the typical adjustment is 360 degrees.
