• I am new to Suzuki Quads need info and help I am rebuilding the engine. But the right side of the crankcase is bad I need a new one what other year quadracer parts will fit on a 1989 Lt250r Quadracer.

• 87-92 quadracers have the same style cases. so any of those years will work for you. im pretty sure i have a good right side if you need one. ill check and get back to you.

• No problem. unfortunately i dont have any good right side cases i have 2 left sides that are good. go figure. as far as parts interchangeablity it basically goes like this 85-86 are the same 87-90 are the same except for cylinders 87 has a big reed intake and then theres the 91-92 which are the same. the motors are the same from 87-92 except for the 87 having the big reed intake but they can still be used on any bottom end from 87-92. now if i can remeber correctly i believe the 87 LT 250R bottom ends  had slghtly different gearing then the other years but im not 100% on that.  A arms, front shocks, brakes and a few other misc parts are also interchangeable through out all years 87-92 and maybe 85-86 but not sure ive never really messed with the 85-86 years so i cant say for sure on those. anyway hope this helps

• Thanks again 92LTDemon you have been very helpful this info should speed up my rebuild now I know what to look for. One more thing you wouldn't happen to have the clutch cover for that right side would yea?    Do the 87-92 years also work for the rear swing arm as well.

• 92LTDemon I found the right side crankcase and clutch cover here in Michigan also they have whats left of a 92 sitting there.

• the 87-90 have the same swing arm the 91-92 are different and will not work on the 87-90. glad i can be of assistance. theres also a good thread all about the LT 250Rs in the LT 250R chasis section that will break all the details down better for you  its called details and specs i believe
