Exhaust valve

I took my exhaust valve out of my Atv to have it bored out and I can't remember how it goes back together... Could somebody post some pics of there exhaust valve from the side glass so I could get an idea of how it works.

You should be able to tell by looking at the parts diagram.

I got the assembly correct but when it's in my cylinder is there suppose to be hard to move tht arm that the rod hooks up too
