« on: July 22, 2014, 02:23:57 pm »
Not sure if this has been covered so im going to ask. I need to know how to check my stator,  coil, cdi box with a multimeter. Im trying to track down a issue by process of elimination. Its an 1985 lt250r.  Im not sure how to do this as far as procedure and what ohm readings I should be seeing. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

If you can get a manual, all the specs are in there.

Realized I unplugged one of the coil wires while installing the exhaust. I feel like a dummy. Plugged her up run it through a few heat cycles , recheck bolts,  She's running pretty dang good. Thanks for all your help
