• The crack is very small, mite even be hard to see, it looks like a lightening bolt.

• It's easily weldable if it's actually a crack. And don't use paint stripper or brake cleaners to remove the paint. It will cause a gas called phosgene that's very toxic when welding.
  Problem is why did it crack sk mtbkngs not flat or all thE gasket was not removed.

• The cylinder was ported, the intake was ported , problly too much as my guess, it is ****, if I ride long enough u can see the dirt build up in that area.
