Keep in mind this is just a "recommendation", depending on your mods, elevation and temperature you will need to tune accordingly

Baseline jetting for 64-80 degrees and 1669-3333 feet elevation:

air screw = 1.5 turns out (1-1/4 for richer, 1-3/4 for leaner)
 pilot jet = 55 (58 for richer, 52 for leaner)
 needle jet = 3rd clip from top (4th clip for richer, 2nd clip for leaner)
 main jet = 165 (168 for richer, 162 for leaner)

This is aiming for a 4-1/2 turns CCW on the idle knob located on the choke lever

I still can't get mine to idle, Keihin/Sudco swears the correct pilot is a 62!

My magic combination for 4300' and 65 degrees (air box lid removed, full exhaust and aftermarket reeds) seems to be:

air screw = 1.5 turns out
pilot = #52
needle = 3rd clip (middle)
main jet = 168
