+1.5mm bore w/ new 36mm jetting starting point?
« on: June 14, 2018, 04:12:43 am »
Hey guys and gals.  New member here...I’m in the process of having CT racing bore my cylinder +1.5mm on my ‘87 LT250R and was curious of where to start jetting wise.  I have not received the carb yet(36mm Keihin PWK), nor do I know what jets are factory installed.  I am just curious of a good starting point.  I have a good bit of money in this thing and I want to do it right!  Thanks guys!
Andrew

I’m not familiar with the keihin carbs but someone should be able to help out with the info you’ve given also what altitude are you running at?

There is a thread on this site that talks about Jetting and elevations which should get you close enough to do a plug chop
