I added the washers and Rm pin to the list thank you! Amazingly enough its barely scored at all! At first I thought it wasn't because I can barely feel a "ripple" when I run my hand along the inside. As far as if it was run lean or out of gas? I am not sure because the bike has never been run in my ownership. Obviously I will be sure not to do that once I get it rebuilt.
