Hey guys I am just wondering if someone has one they either want to sell, or if they have one that we can use a base model to make more. I have someone who might be willing to do a run of them, we just need one to measure

You talkin about the powerlip chain slide by TM designs or the fancy guides for around $60-70?I have a brand new slide never installed that I got with a PRM skid plate for my LT250...Not sure if I want to sell it but I,d be more than happy to let you use it to mock something up.Mind you I,m up in Ontario Canada so the shipping may be too much $$$.

pretty sure chris is looking for the one that goes on the swingarm. haven't been made since 2007. well that was when i asked if they had any.
i bought one in 98-99 when they started making them. lasted till i put this swingarm on a few years back. they were made to good, they didn't really wear out. worth every penny.

its a lonestar. those sliders are the best if you can find one.
that pic was to show how the skid will hit the chain in the front. had to space the skid about an inch lower

Those are the same as the oem ones, I find they are not stiff enough for use on the aftermarket swing arms like the metal tech and stellar ones. They don't have enough support.

I originally posted about finding a TM designs chain slider about a month ago.
I talked to the owner of TM and they said we need to do a run of at least 100 and I said if we do that then we could not pay retail and the guy agreed but even at say $35 a piece that be a $3,500 order for chain sliders.
I'd be in for 3 or 4 at that price.
The other alternative is since these are made in a CNC is to get a brand new one, program the CNC, find the material and make our own I was talking to Mitch about this.
Does anybody have a new one they could donate for setting up the CNC specs I do not think it would be harmed in any way

Curious, does the swing arm have to be removed to attach one or do the just bolt on.

when i put mine on i had to remove the swingarm. or just move it in such away the front of the slider would go around the pivot tube.
