How much do you want for it and is it for the 87+ 250?

Looks just what I'm looking for

Don't think I'll ever get to this build. Going to resell the air box if anyone is interested.

SBLT500R was the guy making those and I have one myself on my 85' LT250R.  Talk about a good looking, good welds, at around $150, mine doesn't have a lid.  I believe SBLT500R could find time to make one or two.

If you send SLBT500 your carb, he can do a custom fit.  Send him a pm with your questions.  He can better answer your questions.  But I think he can do what you're wanting.

So you know Shawn and have talked to him about these airboxs and intakes?

Yes, I have his hand made, aluminum air box!  I believe I remember him saying he had the jigs made for all years of the 250.  It bolted up PERFECTLY on my 85'.  Really good welds. No problems with cracking. I'm positive he can do whatever you are needing.  The guy is good. And yes I have dealt with Shawn lol I believe he does these air boxes in his spare time and does a good job.  If anybody wants me to send them pics of my 85' air box, just pm me your cell number and I'll send ya pics.

I had it mocked up in the frame with a 39mm pwk no fitment issues.  The air box has sold. ?
