I think the specialty spigot has something to do with using the pipe on a different cylinder. I saw something like a LT250r pipe with a TRX style spigot, so it could also be how you want to mount the pipe as opposed to a more conventional setup. I could be wrong, just check out the website and download the pdf file on the pipes and you should get a better understanding on it
