are you sure you put the right bearings on it, i never heard of that part being worn before.

Positive. I'll pull the axle back out later and take a picture. Maybe. Depends on how much effort is required to get it out

Yes those are new bearings. Yes they are the correct bearings. Yes I ordered them through NHC. Yes they are All Balls brand. No they weren't loose. Yes I did pack them full of grease prior to installation.
