Complete 88 lt500 rolling chassis
« on: April 24, 2014, 10:38:31 am »
Seeing if there is any interest in my complete redone 88 lt500 rolling chassis. Would include everything frame, a arms spindles ASR tie rods hubs wheels tires swing arm rear axle carrier axle and shocks works triple rate remote rezzie fronts and stock rear shock. Everything is freshly powder coated within the last year and only has a handful of rides on it since every bearing was replaced. Would also include new pro taper Atv mid bars z400 front brake rezzie and all brake components plastics front and rear seat gas tank custom aluminum airbox, airbox eliminator bracket and stock airbox. Would likely include the radiator as well.

I'm only testing the waters on selling everything because the idea of building a ltr or yfz hybrid really intrigues me. Also frame does come with an Ohio title. Will also be selling a yfz motor and all electronics whenever I find a suitable chassis sometime in the future.

Wouldnt it be 1000000 times easier to keep ure bike together and just buy a motor to throw in the yfz or ltr?

It would but I know what I have in my motor I buy another motor and who knows what in getting. Gapped crank bearing journals fugged tranny bad clutch flywheel issues. And by selling my roller or parting it out it would basically cancel out the cost of the 450 roller after selling the 450 motor too.

Guess if I do it I'll just part it out on flea bay. What do you guys think I'm looking at for a chassis part out? $1000? $1200? If I did that I'd keep the tires I guess.
