Hey Guys. Been a while since I've been on here. Long story short, been busy with remodeling my house, my pups, family vacations and life in general.
I'm posting up both my 250's again along with my '87 500 motor and BNIB Q-pipe.

Most of you guys know the story behind my stuff. Had most of it forever and it's time to let it go to someone who can use it.

I haven't ridden my 250 in a long time. My wife and I mostly trail ride now and occasionally get to the dunes, but I stay on my 4 poke mostly. Just don't use the 2 strokes anymore.

I've listed this all before, but to be honest, the flamed wonder is getting a little grungy and worn. I used to go through it every year, but it's been about 2 years since I have done anything to it. It needs a good polishing. The flames are worn.
It likely needs a new crankshaft as I kept shearing the magneto woodruff key. I think the crankshaft groove is worn and allows the key to "rock" back and forth when I'm on and off the gas and that is what is chewing up the keys.
The 86 hasn't seen the dirt since I have started restoring it 2 years ago. It's clean and just needs a few parts to be complete.



1985 LT250R

1986 LT250R
Nearly complete bike. needs the cylinder, piston/rings, a few top end gaskets and silencer.
Not pictured, but I have the radiator, gas tank, seat, hoses, carb, lights and plastic. The plastic is a little ragged though.

Plus a stock bore '87 500 motor. I have disassembled it and have all parts bagged up. Cases are good, has a small repair near the shifter, likely culprit with most LT's, someone before me lost a chain.

I also have a Brand new, never used Q-pipe V1, complete that is included.


Have all of the original paperwork, original service manual and brochures that came with the 1985 when new.


Probably more that I haven't listed.
