Hey hey, tearing down a hybrid QR250
Basically everything except frame and foot pegs, swing arm is repaired, but slider is good axle,  rear suspension was stiff and felt good, front end parts. Seat latch complete, Brakes front and rear new pads block off, had new in the bag black race cut maier, all the rest of the plastic is usable.
