There is one in every group,  this was the input of few Old School designers to come up with design, Not one of these designers have seen a Q pipe or a Hall Pipe, like I said this is a modified DCS-4 turned into a 5 who knows I might keep refining to DCS-6 till I am happy with the Low Mid High Graph, to be honest its starting to get a bit pricey not the pipe MFG its the research and dyno testing and just time devoted to this project.
To be honest I will be making less than 10 pipes  and thats it!
I am working on pricing to sell these at a economical cost and I am mainly selling raw pipes but I will offer plated, just note there is alot more metal prep for me for plating, you might want to see if you have someone local that can do it more cost effective.

I hear that harbor freight will have two models one that gets good power for reasonable money and another that gets 2 horse power more for double the money for those people that really need every single horse they can uncover... The pipes are pictured below

Few more graphs, DCS-4 and the DCS-5 with a Q-V2 , still have some more refinements that I should start working on sometime next week then back to the dyno, DCS-5 looking better but I want smoother lines, better Exhaust Flange set up also. and better silencer set up, The goal is to pass Q -V2 on Low Mid Top HP and Torque, But.... with a standard 90s type porting.
We seem to be fixing that flat spot between 6000 to 7000 RPM

What HP does a stocker put out ?

It's about 5HP more than the top curve on the dyno sheet above.

Suzuki claimed 50hp, at the crank, be like 41 to 42 HP at the rear wheels.

I would definitely say the top pipe is dominating the bottom pipe!
