Base gasket ???
« on: June 04, 2017, 12:11:23 pm »
Hello I just bought a lt250r quadracer and it had a broken stud on the base of the jugs. I remove the jugs to repair the stud and there was a gasket and a copper gasket or base plate underneath that. I'm not sure if a previous owner doubled up gaskets or this is some sort of spacer plate for a stroker crank. I noticed it has a 105mm hot rods rod but can't make out any piston numbers. So my question is is this a gasket or some sort of spacer plate for that strut for a stroker crank

That's the PArt # not rod length, its a CK105 128 mm Hot Rods Kit. Spacer may be an attempt to change port timing on the Cheap, or correcting for a different Piston pin height.
