Drill it carefully, and once you have a hole through it take a propane torch and heat it, you may want to cut out a piece of tin to fit over the shaft so you don't blow back and ruin your seal or singe the clutch cover. If its Red Loc Tite then it will need heat to release, as soon as you remove the torch spray it with PB Blaster or deep creep rite in the hole...... should back rite out with the easy out.
Other option to remove it, is have someone tig up the bolt in the center and weld a nut to it, the heat from that will break it loose and should back rite out, this is how I remove most broke studs now.
