Downloading WinPEP 7 Problems

Went to Dynojet to download the Dyno Reading software , was able to download but when I un-zipped and hit
set up exe , keeps telling me .7 file not found? does anyone know of links to older version, that I can download?

FYI my O.S. is 64 bit mot 32 bit

OK fixed it you have to download the Original Win Zip to open the software, not a free knock off.
