shock help

Shock off my 85 lt 250 r  I weigh 165.
I beat this thing like the  cops are hot on my heels where is a good starting point ?  the trails I ride have 4 foot deep mogels.6 foot on center I am tired of this thing compressing the disks in my back !!

Adjuster probably does not work.

Put it all the way and see if that helps, if not, get new shocks.

I have it dialed in now .just needed more preload on the spring.
