Title: Power valve reset

Friend of friend just got a 88 250r that has zero bottom end.  I thought there was a write up on power valve set up, but Ill be darned if I can find it.

remove the sight glass, unhook the spring, remove screws holding the valve in place with the big thumb screw - then what?
