Title: Bogging while riding

Starts just fine but bogs and never comes out of it. Has some kind of keihin pj carb on it. Idle jet is 60 and main is 150 i beleive. Ran perfect last time i rode it now just bogs. Cleaned carb and still does same thing. I mix my gas about 40:1. The last owner said this lt250r has been ported and bored .80 over. Need help to get running
