True it could have been the ground I know it wasn't solid...brakes went out again as soon as I tried to ride think I need to rebuild the master gonna order the kit in a few days hopefully

Where should I check it I wanted to run 2 but even just the one is doing it
Unplug the lights & check the voltage there. Also make sure that your lights have a proper ground. But also ask yourself this. How much riding do you do at idle?

I'm not sure of the wattage but they are pretty small

Check your voltage at Idle. You might only be putting out 8 or 9 volts at idle speed. Also, what is the wattage of each fog light & how many are you using? What Ga wire are you running?

Yup you guys were right **** the banjos and bled it after works great I was trying to hook up some after market fog lights but when I wire them up they are very dim untill I give it throttle anyone know why it would do this?

Should I do the same on the banjo on the caliper before I bleed it?

just crack the banjo or remove it, the one on the master, till fluid starts to come out on its own, if master is full it should
start to gravity feed out, once its coming out tighten back up then pump the brake a few times then bleed caliaper again

How do I get fluid into the master I pumped the brake and **** the banjo on it and got nothing do I need to completely remove the bolt

bleeder is cavity locked, you need to get fluid into master cylinder, crack the banjo bolt and see if any fluid will start to drain out.

I **** both with pedal down and got nothing no air or fluid which is weird because I'm getting fluid at the bleeder

Yes. If your fluid is old try to bleed in fresh fluid. It will take time to do this but when your done lever 'feel' will be firmer.

K so I should start with the one on the master cyl first then the caliper right?

There two of them one on the master cylinder/lever ass. and one on the caliper. The banjo bolt is the bolt that connects the brake line to the master cyl and caliper.

Is that the one that holds the brake line on the caliper? And you said bolts is there another one on the other side of the brake line opposite of the caliper

Where is the banjo bolt?

you have air in it then if it is not getting hard. check all banjo bolts to be clean. the get crud in them
if the fluid is old, then try bleeding master cylinder first, crack banjo bolt with pressure on the brake.
then work your way back to caliaper

Well the rezzy is still full should I bleed it all out and then refill it? And when I'm bleeding them I pump them up but it goes all the way down everytime is it supposed to do that cuz I know with a car you will have some petal left an when u open the bleeder it releases to the floor

I ran into the same problem but my rakes were locking up after being applied a few times. When I went to bleed off the fluid with the caliper it freed up until the next few times with the brake being applied. I have been told the bleed valve in the brake rezzy is funked up. Not allowing the pressure or fluid bleed back into the cup when the brake is not applied.

Also would air being in there prevent the piston from open and closing?

I was thinking that but I was also thinking my piston might be frozen because I can't get it to move at all the inside pad is just about against the rotor maybe 1/16 from it

has to be a air pocket, crack each fitting and check for air

Hey guys I was riding yesterday and lost my rear brake when I got back I noticed the circlip had come out I got it back in but I still have no brakes I'm not leaking any fluid and the brake pedal returns but its just not biting the disc I opened up the bleeder and I'm getting fluid out of it any ideas??
