what he said mostly BUT...the mod for the lower motor mount can go thru the center of the tubes....just need to notch one tube and beef it up...this sets the motor height....

The  wishbone that sits in front of the motor and provides a tremendous amount of support was hacked off.
The spine (top frame rail) needs to be notched to provide room for the spark plug and cap.  It looks like this motor was installed at a lower angle so the spine didnt have to be mod'd.  Lots of people did it this way before hybrid pipes were being made, however, pipes specifically made for hybrids wont fit.  The bottom boltrunning through the motor to each frame rail needs to sit on top of the rails and not run through the middle of each rail.

Looks like a nice bike as-is, maybe not high dollar but nice nonetheless.
Extended swingarm, 91-92 frame, reinforcement only where it needs it...probably a nice drag bike.
What kind of pipe does it have?

Seems like you could buy a good set of shocks, extended a-arms, and larger front tires to make a nice hybrid.
You'd probably be money ahead fixing this bike up and selling it, parting it out takes a long time and you're usually left with a lot of redundant parts few people want (stock a-arms and little parts).
