If you do decide to go with another aftermarket cylinder i can get the athena complete cylinder kits for the LTZ it comes with the cylinder, gaskets, piston etc.
standard size 513.74
big bore 430 kit 537.98

The cylinder is a magnum,namura piston,namura gasket set,what is a good cylinder to have? If i find this cylinder is **** when I tear it down what to do?? I have a factory cylinder with a 453cc sleeve in it but the sleeve is junk??
Thanks Eric..

Water pump seal will most likely dump coolant out the weap hole.
#1. Stop running it
What brand is the Cylinder? I would tear it down and see if its a head gasket failure or a **** cylinder. My YFZ450 with a Cylinder Works (CW) big bore kit **** the jug. White smoke, milky oil, etc;

Yeah i thought about that and doing a pressure check as well!

Did you try a compression check?

Hey there! I have a 2003 z400,put a namura 94mm kit on it last winter with new factory valves,new valve seals,new hot cams stage 1 cams,used the namura gasket kit it has the mls gaskets,it ran great this summer put about 40 hrs on the rebuild,went to go ride it the other day and white smoke is puffing out the pipe,checked the oil and it looks like chocolate milk,there is nothing leaking underneath the bike or around the water pump,so my question is is it the head gasket or the water pump seals??
Thanks for your help.
