Yeah i need to look at it again tonight but it also has a dent in it right out of the box, kind of strange..

Which silencer are you using? the standard one? or the spark arrestor silencer?

Is the pipe coated or raw? Have you called Aaen about this ? did you dyno your quad to see if it is in the jetting??

can you tell me more about the AAEN. is there a way to fix the problem my motor pops on high end. i have a dune ported 500
