I heard there were going to be designated refueling stations that required all sorts of safety precautions like fire extinguishers, eye wash stations, etc.

BLM write they dont give out fines, but I am hearing they are taking the gas and containers now.

Is the BLM citing for the use of utility jugs to store fuel, or the use of racing fuel?

At this time, the BLM is not issuing citations.  For more information, visit http://www.arb.ca.gov/enf/advs/advs342.pdf (http://www.arb.ca.gov/enf/advs/advs342.pdf)
