I change the piston every season. The piston in it had 3/4 a season. It was getting bad. Jerry gonna mod me up a new 1. New 2quart fuel cell is almost finished im excited to get rid of that big dumb heavy stock tank.

So my motor is back at hpr for a freshen up. Im planning to totally give this bike a face lift. I gotta make some changes to get the power to the ground. The plan is for new suspension set-up that I started and to get the bike down in the 265 race ready range... frame may just be in primer this season. Also thinking of going a diffrent rout on the carb and getting the lock-up working so I can tune the clutch some. Pics to come.

What gearing setup are you running and I imagine these 6+ times are 500ft? What gearing have you found to work best for 300 feet?

Well firat race of season bike ran decent more tweeks and tuning required. The air was thick and muggy today i did manage to lay down a couple 6.6's which isnt terrible considering my best last year was 6.5 the bike was a rocket out of the hole but just felt like i was missing something on the top.

Thanks i was actually looking for a way to not scratch up my frame and had a long piece of 3/4 pvc pipe insulation so i cut it to proper lengths it works awesome you can just sit motor in frame and then get it into place. way easier then trying to hold it off the frame and get the bolts started. once i get swinger bolt and lower bolt in i pull it all off frame.

The plastics are my favorite part... actually i had no plans on cutting rear till i found a buddy with white fenders which i wanted. They where super rough around the edges so i got out a 12 pack a roll of tape a razor knife and some sand paper and here they are.
