I took mine to a local sheet metal place and had them cut me a new one with a water jet.  They even offset the mounting ends for me.

Restoring a 1987 Quadzilla and looking to replace that ugly rod connecting the rear caliper to the swingarm..anyone know where I can get something made out of billet or anything that looks better than that ugly hammered-down pipe lookin' thing Suzuki decided to install there?
